Revision at the Library – 3rd Semester Exam Preparation
On 27 November, from 8.00 AM to 3.30 PM, a bus of students and teachers spent the day at the library for a special Revision Session. The reason it is special is that it is held at the largest library in Selangor, Raja Tun Uda Library, rather than the usual trip to PPAS Bangi.
The purpose of the trip is simple: to promote an environment of study for all students with the necessary facilities to prepare for the upcoming exams together.
Exploring the Library & Revising Together
As soon as we arrived, the students spread out around the library — some found their own quiet corners, while others sat in small groups with teachers to discuss topics and settle noteworks. Even though the schedule was long, the atmosphere made it easy to stay focused. The kids were able to release their playful steam in the Zon Kreatif area, making it easier for the teachers to discuss when needed. The teenagers and girls prefer the Teenagers and Adults zone, spacious and very comfortable. They were able to give in a focus of 5 hours with minimal breaks in between, of course. The tasks assigned by the teachers were successfully fulfilled, commented one teacher.
A Calm, Comfortable Study Environment
The library’s atmosphere played a huge role in the success of the session.
It was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly conducive for deep study.
With bookshelves all around, cool air, and a clean workspace, the environment naturally encouraged concentration.
Many students mentioned that studying there felt different — more peaceful, more motivating, and less distracting.
A Positive & Enjoyable Experience
Throughout the day, the mood remained cheerful.
Even though everyone was revising, the environment didn’t feel stressful.
Students shared that they felt more focused, and surprisingly, the whole experience was fun and refreshing. Teachers also commented that the session was meaningful — a simple activity, but it left a strong impression.
Overall, it was an indah dan berharga moment for everyone involved.
Reflection
This library revision day truly helped us prepare for the 3rd Semester Examinations.
The calm environment made it easier to understand subjects, focus on notes, and study with a clear mind.
More than just a study day, it reminded us why the library is one of the best learning spaces we have.
We hope more students will take advantage of the library — whether for revision, group study, or simply to enjoy a peaceful place to learn.
